Walmart Employee Arrested for Alleged Criminal Threats

Salina authorities have arrested an employee of the Salina Walmart store for allegedly making criminal threats.

According to police, Kevin Struble was taken into custody Saturday at the store, 2900 S. 9th.

Police say Struble allegedly threatened to two kill of his co-workers after becoming upset during the course of a card game in the store’s employee lounge on March 26th. The two co-workers notified authorities after Struble allegedly threatened to kill them again on March 29th.

Officers located a loaded 9mm handgun inside Struble’s vehicle, which was parked in the store’s parking lot at the time of his arrest.

According to Saline County records, Struble was booked into the Saline County Jail late Saturday night on three requested charges of criminal threats. He remained jailed as of Monday morning.
