More Rain This Weekend Into Early Next Week

Another storm system is expected to spread additional rain and perhaps a few thunderstorms across the region this weekend into early next week. Widespread heavy rain or strong to severe storms appear unlikely at this time.

  • Tonight – Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before midnight, then showers between midnight and 4 a.m., then showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 4 a.m. Low around 40. North northwest wind 13 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
  • Thursday – Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 10 a.m., then a chance of showers between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 50. North northwest wind 14 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
  • Thursday Night – Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 36. North wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Friday – Partly sunny, with a high near 56. East northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
  • Friday Night – A chance of showers between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. East northeast wind 9 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
  • Saturday – Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy, with a high near 55. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
