Mild Temperatures Sunday With Possible Severe Storms

A few severe thunderstorms are possible late Sunday afternoon and evening, as a storm system and associated dryline and cold front approach from the west. Isolated occurrences of large hail and damaging winds will be the primary hazards. The overall tornado threat appears low at this time.

  • Sunday – Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. Breezy, with a southwest wind 14 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.
  • Sunday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 47. West wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
  • Monday – Sunny, with a high near 67. West northwest wind 11 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.
  • Monday Night – Clear, with a low around 38. North northwest wind 6 to 10 mph becoming east after midnight.
  • Tuesday – Sunny, with a high near 69.
  • Tuesday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 48.
  • Wednesday – A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 72.
  • Wednesday Night – A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54.
