A Chapman woman was not seriously injured after a single vehicle accident caused by wet conditions early Wednesday evening.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan tells The Salina Scoop that Blair Schmidt, 20, was southbound on Interstate 135 near the State Street exit just before 5:30 p.m., when she lost control of her vehicle, a 2005 Chevy Impala Classic, after it hydroplaned.

The vehicle spun around and struck a bridge just south of mile post 93, coming to rest against the bridge rail.

Schmidt complained of head, neck and back pain, but refused medical treatment, according to Soldan.
